Production Planning , execution for nuclear pumps components manufacturing in machine shop .
Train associates to operate and program on various CNC machines.
Monitor and control proper loading and scheduling work for all work centers for effective utilization.
Monitor and execute plan for zero rejection and rework of components.
Maintain shop discipline ,5S, house-keeping, safety in machine shop.
Develop associates for their skill set regarding precision machining components.
Initiate productivity improvement activity using new tools, CAM program etc.
Develop skillset for EDM, Lapping, Polishing,Hirth grinding in machine shop.
co-ordination with planning purchase and assembly for achieving targets.
New machine procurement planning for large VTL and HBM machine.
