About the Role: Excelra is seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the entire recruitment cycle, staff augmentation, and fulfilling IT requirements. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to identify, attract, and onboard top talent aligned with our company's goals and culture. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sourcing top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Augmentation: Manage and fulfil staffing requirements for various clients by sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals on short-term and long-term assignments.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, negotiations, and offer management.
• IT Requirements Expertise: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand specific IT requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs, company culture, and specific project requirements.
• Talent Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media, to identify and engage top-tier IT talent.
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct technical and behavioural interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring targets are met and processes are streamlined for efficiency.
• Client & Candidate Relationship Management: Provide continuous support to clients and candidates during the staffing process to ensure satisfaction and successful placement

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, staff augmentation, or a similar recruiting role.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
• Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
• Familiarity with legal and ethical recruitment standards.
• Knowledge of staff augmentation processes and contract-based staffing models.
• Locations (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
