Job Description

with 40 - 50 % travel within and outside Delhi Master of Social Work/ Sociology /Development Studies/ Any other related field 3 - 4 years of working in waste management sector Responsibilities:
  • Deputy Manager will execute the field activities of the project in the thematic area of waste management, particularly solid waste management with an emphasis on plastic waste.
    • Implement which include design financial planning, resource management and quality of deliverables. Developing partnerships and establishing linkages for strengthening the value chain. Developing de-centralised models for waste management, integrating informal sector Developing/ strengthening and promoting enterprises - particularly women-based enterprises on waste management.
  • Developing effective models for door-to-door waste collection, by promoting and conducting IEC activities.
    • Working with Municipalities and other relevant government bodies. Developing effective business models on waste management. Leading field teams independently and producing quality outcomes in the projects Develop knowledge products with new knowledge management and non-project resources. Outlay and evaluation of existing projects. Business development of projects in the waste sector.
