Co ordination & completion of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, filing of Income Tax returns, Transfer Pricing Returns and Tax Audit report a) Advance Income Tax calculation by 12th of each quarter and pay before due date. b) Compliances of Direct tax Compliances with TDS Notices, Income tax notices and Assessments work Budgeting, Analysis and Reporting Consolidation of financial statements for Group Preparation of various reports required by Management like financial statement, board meeting presentation, etc for group companies Issue form 15cb within 2 days of receiving all documents complying with Income tax Act TDS/ TCS a) Calculation of TDS / TCS Liability and payment of TDS by 7th of each month, b) Filing of TDS / TCS Returns within due date for each quarter by 15th / 30th of next month of each quarter,
c) Issue of tds certificate within 15 days of filing of tds / tcs return d) Online tds / tcs default rectification e) TDS knocking off entry in SAP f) TDS / TCS monthly reconciliation with Return vs Payment
