Role & responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Audits

- Ensure maintenance of all statutory books of accounts as well as statistical records in a user-friendly computerized environment

- Ensure preparation and presentation of error free transparent financial statements

- Ensure compliance to Companys Accounting Policies, Standards and guidelines

- Ensure completion of statutory audits and submission of audited accounts to COFA before deadlines

- Ensure quality audit report devoid of any adverse comments/observations by auditors.

• Cost Accounting & Audits

- Ensure maintenance of all statutory cost accounting records in a user-friendly computerized environment

- Ensure completion of statutory audits and submission of audited accounts to COFA before deadlines

• Budgeting

- Ensure completion of Divisional Budgets (main & phased) and submission to Corporate MIS dept before deadlines

• Internal Control Systems & Procedures

- Study the internal audit checkpoints and align the same with goal setting of concerned

Executives

- Coordinate & improve divisional grading by Internal Audit

- Plan & undertake a system of periodical administrative audits

• Statutory Compliance

- Review compliance status in statutory and regulatory matters

- Coordinate & ensure timely submission of statutory compliance report to CS

Preferred candidate profile

Charted Accountant or CA - Group 1 cleared

Working Experience with SAP
