Post: DGM/GM - Regulatory & Liasioning (designation depends upon experience)

Location: Fort, Mumbai

A. KEY RESULT AREAS:
1. To supervise and liaise the matters pending or to be presented before SRA, Revenue Authorities, Collector and Additional Commissioner, TMC, BMC, TILR, DSLR, DDLR, SDO,
Talathi, Tahsildar, MMRDA, Forest, MPCB, Mantralaya or any other Govt Body related to the Land Clearances, subdivision, corrections in 7/12, PRC or related Title, Ownership
and Approvals for Protecting the Land and for the development of the Land.
2. Reconciliation of land parcels
3. Maintain good relation with all above authorities
4. To prepare, draft and finalise letters and correspondence to be addressed to the related Authorities.
5. Based on sound knowledge of various provisions in governmental bye laws, advice Management about new developments, changes in existing system, to maximise /
optimise company resources and save on investment / cost through such clauses / provisions

B. Qualifications
1. B.com Graduate with Knowledge of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (MLRC)

C. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. Should be able to get benefits in statutory matters dealing with state government, Revenue Authorities, BMC, SRA, Mantralaya, Society community
heads/bodies and slum Dwellers
2. Represent organisation in dealing with committees and various bodies related to real estate business progress.
3. Liaise between such bodies and the top management as well as government officials for insuring work initiation
4. Should be able to interpret statutory changes from time to time being effected in a manner, which safeguards the organisations interests.
5. Understand/ Proficient in DCR
