AGM/DGM- Engineering (API) PLANT Maintenance/D.M WATER/HVAC @ Ipca

Role & responsibilities

A- Plant Maintenance :

1. To ensure the compliance of documentation work.

2. Execution of major modification job of existing plants.

3. Execution of various Energy conservation Measures related projects.

4. To ensure timely compliance of all Audit related points

5. To provide facilities in the existing plants for manufacturing of new products/ capacity enhancement/ solvent recovery etc.

6. Execution of modifications in the existing plants for creating facilities for manufacturing of new products/capacity enhancement.

7. To provide technical inputs for preparation of budgets, getting approval from top management and to ensure timely execution of the same.

8. Finalization of specifications for various Equipment's in consultation of manufacturer, Engineering head and the users.

9. To provide technical guidance to Plant Engineers related to API manufacturing Plants and its related P.P. Areas assigned to you. Also to discuss day-to-day Engineering issues and major modifications of the respective plant/area.

10. To discuss technical matters with Vendors related to purchase of Equipment's for Plant Maintenance and Modification projects.

11. To implement and ensure Solvent Recovery measures.

12. Execution of various Energy conservation Measures related projects.

13. Finalization of specifications for various Equipment's in consultation of manufacturer, Engineering head and the users.

14. To provide technical inputs for preparation of budgets, getting approval from top management and to ensure timely execution of the same.

15. To ensure timely submission of all the documents to Q.A

16. To ensure for the updation of the documents related to EHS and OHSAS.

17. Energy conservation activities like assessment, planning and execution in Plants.

18. To ensure that all the final areas of API Plants are maintained in accordance with the cGMP norms.

B- HVAC System

1. Identifying the up-gradation requirements of HVAC requirements.

2. Initiating and controlling the Budgets for the Up-gradation requirements of HVAC Systems.

3. Identifying the new Suppliers and Contractors for the up-gradation requirements of the Plant.

4. Monitoring and controlling the documentation requirements of HVAC systems.

5. Monitoring preventive maintenance activity of HVAC system.

6. Monitoring and controlling the critical spares inventory.

7. To ensure up-keeping of Filter cleaning facility and to maintain on as per process requirement in consultation with Planning and Execution of HVAC Plants.

8. To face the external auditors.

9. To ensure controlled area validation w.r.t. air changes, temperature and humidity.

10. To work C- D. M. Water Plant: 1. Plant/D.M.

11. To ensure that new/modified Equipment's or facilities are qualified before use.

12. To take modification work of HVAC respective plant in-charges.

13. Identifying the new Suppliers and Contractors for the up-gradation requirements of the Plant.

C- D. M. Water Plant:

1. To provide guidance to the team of D.M. Water Plant generation and and when needed.

2. To ensure maintenance of loop area including Mother D.M. Water generation and child loop.

3. To provide proper guidance to the team for trouble shooting and cGMP controlling of generation and distribution system of D.M. Water Plant.

4. To ensure on line documentation work of D.M. Water plant and ensure compliance of cGMP related documentation. Water Plant and timely ( Sign/Date) ' In absence of Sectional head - D.M. technical guidance to the team The abnormality if any found, to be reported to the Dept.

5. All administrative issues of D.M. Water Plant to be looked after by you in consultation with the Dept. Head.

Preferred candidate profile:

Educational qualification- B.E/M.E (Mechanical/Electrical/Energy)

Candidate must have experience of pharmaceutical industry (API) of at least 20-25 years.
