1 HBL Power Systems Deputy General Manager Job

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the KAVACH project and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development team, Testing team and I&C teams.
• Monitor the integration and alignment of KAVACH design files and configuration files with project requirements
• Monitoring efficiency and performance of internal testing team and team working at various locations
• To ensure adherence to laid procedures in Project Engineering and Testing team
• Represent the project status in review meetings
• Coordination between railway team and Project Engineering team

Preferred candidate profile

• BTech/AMIE/MTech (Any branch), Degree in Railway Engineering
• 6 -10 years of experience in Railway Signalling systems, safety systems with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
• Must have experience in understanding Railway SIP, TOC and relay wiring diagrams
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience overseeing cross-functional teams
• Experience with TCAS/Kavach systems is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of RDSO standards and railway signalling systems
