4.1 -Design plan and drive implementation of security policies, procedures and programs for the purpose of safeguarding & protecting all the assets of business – People, Infrastructure and Information ensuring compliance with Company and Statutory requirements. 4.2 -Setting of security goals for the business and drive compliance. 4.3 -Plan for security preparedness for all units and its growth initiatives and projects in consonance with customer expectations. 4.4 -Evaluate effectiveness of the implemented security processes and systems and plan strategic security initiatives for continual improvement. 4.5 -Provide strategic direction, operational management and review of security operations across the Port business. 4.6 -Supervision of all the security events across the business units as per the annual calendar 4.7 -Review, validation and approval of annual security capital and operations budgets as well as monitoring expenditure. 4.8 -Develop and foster strategic relationships with international, national Law Enforcement and Government agencies to ensure proactive inputs and adequate and timely support when required. 4.9 -Creation and implementation of a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) covering effective countermeasures against credible threats. 4.10 -Develop crisis management / disaster management / emergency response plans to enhance resiliency and recoverability of adani Port business operations. 4.11 -Develop information and intelligence gathering framework & capability, to identify emerging security risks to the business and recommend mitigation strategies to the management. 4.12 -Provide strategic guidance to site team for providing and protecting assets. 4.13 -Work in close collaboration with Group Security Head and Site Port Business Heads to create a security oriented culture across Port business. 4.14 -Timely & relevant information sharing & communication coordination to Security Vertical Heads of other business. 4.15 -Overall supervision, performance evaluation, training and skill-development for all security personnel across the business units. 4.16 -Ensure all positions of security function are occupied at all times with least attrition and support in identification, interviewing and on-boarding of most suitable personnel to fill gaps if any. 4.17 -Develop succession planning measures by readying talent pool through the process of EVP , appreciation , Training , learning & chart the career growth plan
