About The Role :.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite, with strong analytical and data management skills.

The MIS Executive will play a key role in managing and improving our Management Information Systems to ensure effective decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities.

Develop, maintain, and support reporting processes.

Create and manage detailed Excel and Google Sheets reports, dashboards, and data visualization.

Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various platforms.

Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide timely solutions.

Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Assist in the automation of data collection and reporting processes.

Requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.

Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Suite applications.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle large datasets and perform data analysis.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications.
