We are seeking a Process Associate/Data Entry professional to join our Insurance Verification team.

This role involves handling inquiries related to insurance verification services, with a focus on Eligibility and Benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, resolving queries at the first point of contact, and meeting the goals and needs of our clients.

Duties And Responsibilities.

Utilize a range of IT packages effectively.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

Manage a varied workload to achieve objectives and priorities.

Solve problems efficiently and creatively.

Work flexibly, both as part of a team and independently.

Handle pressure and challenging situations sensitively.

Requirements.

Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in U.S.

healthcare.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse workload.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Schedule.

Monday to Friday.

Saturdays and Sundays off.
