Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Work Hours: 10am to 7pm, Mon to Sat.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and metrics to

analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. The MIS Executive will

collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy and

integrity, assist in the development and implementation of data management policies, provide

technical support to users on MIS tools and reports, participate in the review and improvement

of MIS systems and processes, and support management by providing timely insights and

analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to analyze data and

identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and design appropriate

reports and metrics to meet their needs.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analysis.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies to ensure

data security and compliance.

• Provide technical support to users on MIS tools and reports, including troubleshooting

issues and providing training as needed.

• Participate in the review and improvement of MIS systems and processes to enhance

efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support management by providing timely insights and analytics for decision-making

purposes.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any stream.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau,

Power BI).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Knowledge of data management policies and procedures is a plus.
