Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Logistic Executive with 0 to 1 year of experience in the

logistics department to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in

MBA with a specialization in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, coupled with strong

organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock

levels while minimizing excess inventory costs.

2. Order Processing: Support the coordination of order processing from receipt to

fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.

3. Supplier Management: Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with

suppliers, under the guidance of senior team members, negotiating contracts, and

terms to ensure favorable pricing and service levels.

4. Shipping and Distribution: Aid in the coordination of the shipment and distribution

of goods, under the guidance of senior team members, selecting the most costeffective and efficient methods while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

5. Documentation and Record Keeping: Support in maintaining accurate records of

shipments, inventory levels, and transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant

regulations and company policies.

6. Problem-Solving: Assist in addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise during

the logistics process, under the guidance of senior team members, implementing

solutions to prevent recurrence and minimize impact on operations.

7. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to identifying opportunities for process

improvement within the logistics function, under the guidance of senior team

members, and assist in implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualification:

1. Graduate degree in MBA with a specialization in Logistics & Supply Chain

Management.

2. 0 to 1 year of experience in the logistics department, preferably in a similar role.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate

effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software systems.

6. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to logistics

and shipping.

7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
