Vasa Denticity - Communication Manager (5-10 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Communication Manager to oversee internal and external communications, enhance brand reputation, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication strategies that effectively convey our organization's vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and public perception.

- Oversee internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.

- Manage external communication efforts, including press releases, media relations, and public statements.

- Create, edit, and oversee content for corporate communications, including website, social media, newsletters, and reports.

- Act as the company's spokesperson when required and handle crisis communication.

- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other teams to align messaging and branding across platforms.

- Maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders.

- Monitor industry trends, public sentiment, and competitors to refine communication strategies.

- Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and corporate identity.

- Plan and execute events, press conferences, and other PR initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or a related role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong media relations and crisis communication experience.

- Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in eCommerce Industry preferred not must have

- Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools.

- Prior experience in managing PR campaigns and working with agencies
