Head - Field Operations and Intelligence

The Head of Field Operations and Intelligence will oversee all ground-level operations pertaining to the assigned project, ensuring alignment with overall goals and project timelines. This role involves working closely with both the leadership and with representatives of the client; overseeing the entire field unit; conducting, monitoring and analyzing field intelligence exercises; and formulating actionable strategies based on real-time insights. Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in operations management and a proven track record in handling large-scale projects. Immediate joiners are preferred due to ongoing critical projects.
