Job Description
- Perform audio editing, frame rate conversions and audio conforms on
- stereo/5.1 audio files for perfect sync.
- Must have good understanding about various video frame rates.
- Individual must efficiently use audio interfaces, audio monitoring equipment
- and digital audio workstations to produce high quality audio files.
- Individual will have good judgmental skills in identifying various audio
- anomalies and try to fix in house or report them back to client.
- Individual must ensure that the tasks assigned to him are completed on timely
- manner and ensure to update work trackers on daily basis.
- Individual is responsible for maintaining the audio equipment and ensure good
- functionality without any malfunctions and down time.
- Must have good written and spoken English. Should be able to communicate
- effectively in reporting issues.
- Ability to work in a team and individually contributing to team goals.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to stay focused and work under pressure.

The work they do there is great but the manager s doesn't lead well if that has been monitored well deluxe can be a better place to work.
No proper hierarchy, No promotions. Only manager level people gets all the growth. Which is a very sad part.
