ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled DLP Security Analyst/Engineer to support the maintenance, monitoring, and enhancement of our enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data protection, incident response, and collaboration across teams to manage and fine-tune DLP solutions.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain enterprise DLP solutions to safeguard sensitive data.
• Operational support for DLP solutions (e.g., cloud, endpoint, email, etc.) to monitor and act on generated alerts.
• Work closely with the Data Protection team to fine-tune false positive alerts within DLP tools such as Netskope, Proofpoint, and Microsoft Security Tools.
• Conduct incident response activities in line with organizational policies, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
• Provide reports and insights on DLP effectiveness, suggesting improvements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal security policies.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 4+ years of total experience, including 1-2 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technology support and alert handling.
• Strong Knowledge of best practices for DLP principles.
• Experience with threat detection and alerting systems to identify and mitigate risks.
• Hands on experience with Active Directory, Netskope, Proofpoint, and Microsoft Security Tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring precise data protection measures.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are a plus.

Location: Hyderabad (Work from DeltaTech Headquarters)

Shift timings: 12.30 PM 9.30 PM IST
