Logistics Executive / Senior Executive in a Pharma Formulation Company. (Export-Oriented)

Responsibilities include.

• Preparation of export documents, pre and post-shipment documents
• Check and verify Freight Forwarder's invoices for both imports and exports, obtain approval from the department head, and forward to Finance for payment.
• To do timely processing of export shipments
• To handle local deliveries of products from the company to the export house.
• To coordinate across Coordinate purchase, store, and accounts departments pre- and post-shipments.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
• To prepare weekly and monthly dispatch reports
• Negotiation with CHA and transporter.
• Providing the documents to CHA for clearing of import/export consignment and taking necessary steps.
• Tracking the import/export consignment.
• Responsible for no-error export/import documentation.
• Handling communications with clients and vendors.
• Responsible for handling the customs clearance process in coordination with CHA.

Candidate Must Have:

• Proven experience as a Logistics Executive or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of logistics operations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
