About the Role : Data Functional Consultant.

Location : India/Remote.

Potential Growth :

We are looking for a skilled Data Functional Consultant with expertise in ETL, data engineering, modeling, analysis, and warehousing to deliver effective data solutions for clients.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design scalable data architectures, develop ETL processes, and analyze data to provide actionable insights.

Your technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and ability to optimize data processes will be critical in aligning solutions with business goals across various industries.

What You'll Do :

- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Data Architecture Design : Develop scalable and efficient data architectures for large-scale storage, processing, and analysis.

- ETL Development : Build robust ETL processes using tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and other relevant technologies.

- Data Modeling : Design and implement logical and physical data models ensuring integrity, performance, and scalability.

- Data Analysis : Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Data Warehousing : Implement and optimize data warehouse solutions using platforms like Azure Synapse Analytics.

- Dashboards & Reporting : Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively.

- Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand needs, provide guidance, and align solutions with business objectives.

- Data Quality & Governance : Implement best practices for data quality, governance, and security while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Optimization : Streamline data storage and processing costs while maintaining high performance and reliability.

- Documentation & Training : Develop technical documentation, data dictionaries, and user guides; provide training to end-users as needed.

What You'll Bring :

- Proven experience in ETL development, data engineering, data modeling, and data analysis.

- Hands-on expertise with tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and SQL Server.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling and data mart design.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Preferable experience in sectors like investment holding companies, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
