SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive client engagement. This role will play a crucial part in optimizing our digital footprint, executing campaigns, and creating strategies that align with Delostyles vision and goals.

Role & responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy and Execution:
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement robust SEO strategies for Delostyles website and client projects.
• Optimize website elements, including metadata, content, images, and internal linking, for improved search visibility.
• Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
2. Content and Campaign Management:
• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
• Plan, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
• Develop email marketing strategies to nurture leads and improve retention.
3. Social Media and Branding:
• Manage and grow Delostyles presence on social media platforms through engaging posts and targeted campaigns.
• Create and monitor brand-specific campaigns to improve awareness and drive customer engagement.
4. Data Analytics and Insights:
• Track website performance and campaign success using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
• Generate monthly reports detailing KPIs, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations.
5. Innovative Growth Strategies:
• Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
• Research competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
6. Client Collaboration:
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and deliver tailored digital marketing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and e-commerce platforms.
• Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the design, creative, or e-commerce industries.
• Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or HubSpot Marketing.
• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
