Area Sales Manager

Job Description:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Retail Sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of the market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Territory Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and expand the company's presence in Tamil Nadu location
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.
• Team Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the senior management.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage the sales budget for the assigned area to ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:

• Graduation/Post Graduation in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 4 8 Years of experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with the market dynamics in relevant area
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Preference: Candidate who is based from Tamil Nadu and have experience in Retail Sales Only.
