Job Description
Strong experience in ESG Regulatory Policy to understand and interpret ESG disclosure requirements and driving continuous improvement by suggesting ideas to optimize and improve of ESG processes
Building trusted relationships with contributors in the business and function areas to facilitate robust, balanced and informed reporting
Good understanding and experience in designing, testing and implementing sustainability reporting / processes / legislation / KPIs in line with the EU Taxonomy, ESRSs (CSRD), CSDDD and CBAM
Strong experience in performing risk assessments including Non-Financial Risk assessment on Environment, social and governance processes and controls at various stages of project delivery
Strong experience in assisting in the development and implementation of business process, data, and controls as foundation to enterprise ESG and regulatory reporting
Partnering with business owners to ensure the implementation and assurance readiness plans for various ESG reporting-related initiatives and establishing data governance policy and procedure framework to ensure ongoing adherence to a robust internal controls environment
Strong experience in leading or supporting the project and operational management of certain ESG reporting deliverables and processes, including maintenance of process and assurance documentation
Strong experience in performing risk and control assessments, identifying new or enhancements to current controls and defining robust controls in adherence to bank s control framework
Hands on maintaining bank s internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit issues and any issues raised by external regulators
Strong experience in implementing and maintaining robust verification and assurance process for external ESG disclosures to ensure mandatory ESG disclosure requirements are being met through local, regional and Group-wide disclosures
Strong experience in data implementation, data ingestion and onboarding in relevant Front Office systems, such as Refinitiv, Bloomberg etc
Rich experience in verifying and maintaining data quality through systematic checks, ensuring oversight of the datas location, aggregation, and availability to conduct complex data analysis, explore methods to enhance data quality, and prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modelling
To be successful in this role you will have:
University degree with minimum 2-3 years strong academic background with interest in financial markets and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)
Good to have ESG Certifications or equivalent certification
Experience with business process mapping, continuous improvement identification
Practical experience with sustainability reporting, and more specifically with CSRD and EU Taxonomy
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with confidence in engaging with stakeholders
Business Intelligence systems, such as Tableau, Power BI or QlikView experience
Experience of Agile (Scrum) or waterfall, certifications desirable
Experience with project or collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Experience with SQL, Python and/or other data query languages
