Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP objects for the CRM module, including RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
- Develop and enhance BAdIs, BAPIs , and User Exits in CRM-specific business processes.
- Customize CRM Web UI components, BSP applications, and GENIL/BOL programming.
- Provide technical support for CRM functionalities, including Interaction Center, Sales, Marketing, and Service modules.
- Work on CRM middleware to ensure seamless data synchronization between CRM and other SAP or non-SAP systems.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in CRM business transactions, pricing, and order management.
- Develop interfaces using IDocs, Web Services , and RFCs to integrate CRM with SAP ECC or other external systems.
- Handle CRM middleware setup and troubleshooting for data exchange.
- Work with SAP PI/PO or other middleware platforms to implement robust integrations.
- Conduct unit testing and assist in integration and user acceptance testing.
- Optimize CRM ABAP code for performance and scalability.
