Position Title: Sr. Interior Designer
Position Summary:
You will be responsible for Planning, Designing and Execution of entire Project within the time frame with quality and precision meeting the expectation of both Management and Client.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Developing designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing, and appropriate for the space.
2. Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of Interiors design works which are important and essential for a quality execution of interiors.
3. Researching and preparing plans, diagrams or sketches for interior construction, materials, finishes, lighting, and finishing.
4. Selecting materials and labor.
5. Bills of materials and quantity to be made as per the designs approved.
6. Responsible for costing and budget of the project.
7. Inspecting and supervising the work, to ensure that quality, costs, and deadlines are met.
8. Preparation of weekly bar chart and supervision of the work progress as planned.
9. Should be able to manage and execute the interior projects.
10. Produce sample and mood products board.
11. Planning and execution of MEP works.

Job Expectations:

12. To set schedule for flow of requisite materials in consultation with purchase team and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.

Candidate Profile:
Must be having Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing with 5 to 10 years of experience into complete Project Execution.
Should be having Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Sound Execution and Coordination skills with Team Handling skills.
Should be good Planner and Organizer, Resourceful and having excellent Time Management skills. Should be Goal Oriented and high Result Orientation.
Should be ready to Travel.
