Manager- Payroll, HR & Admin

Roles & Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

1. Processing and Documentation:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Sensys software.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation.
2. Compliance and Regulations:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations.
• Stay updated with changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling payroll data and sensitive information.
3. Issue Resolution and Support:
• Handle payroll queries and issues from employees and management.
• Provide timely resolution and support to address payroll-related concerns.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in payroll processing.

HR Generalist Activities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and documentation.
2. Employee Relations:
• Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Performance Management:
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.
4. HR Administration:
• Maintain HR records, files, and databases accurately and confidentially.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as employee data management, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Process Improvement and Collaboration:

1. Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and Operations, to ensure alignment and coordination in payroll and HR processes.
• Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in payroll management, preferably using Sensys software.
3. Certification in payroll management or HR will be preferred.
4. Prior experience in a manufacturing or related industry will be an advantage.

Skills and Abilities:

1. Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and other payroll software.
3. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
4. Good understanding of HR generalist functions and practices.
5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
