Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with over 13 years of expertise in managing medium-sized projects and leading teams of 40-50 members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering projects using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Reactive technology stacks. This role requires excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver multiple medium-sized projects, ensuring they meet quality, scope, and timeline requirements.
• Lead and mentor teams of 40-50 members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Utilize Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Reactive technologies to drive project development and implementation.
• Identify and address project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project outcomes.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 13+ years of experience in delivery/project management, with a proven track record of managing medium-sized projects.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Reactive technology stacks.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing teams of 40-50 members.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
