Demand Planning: Analyze historical data (from Oracle) to forecast demand for consumables and non-IT assets

Procurement Execution: Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in Oracle, considering stock levels, lead times, and demand forecasts. Follow up on PR approvals and ensure timely order placement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the store team, regional buyers, Automation, Infrastructure, Planning, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth material flow. This includes BOM coordination and site delivery for new projects.

Logistics Coordination: Plan vehicle movements for facility relocations or shifts, ensuring minimal disruption.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze inventory data (from Oracle) to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and support cost reduction initiatives. Prepare regular reports on key inventory metrics.

Process Adherence: Ensure all inventory and procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
