Roles & Responsibilities:

Visit target areas and meet stores who can partner with Delhivery

• Identify and acquire local vendors/retailers near the dispatch center of Delhivery for last-mile delivery of shipments to end customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors who are willing to work for Delhivery, as well as retain existing vendors.
• Explain salary and payment details to the stores and convince them to partner with Delhivery
• Coordinate with the core operations ground team of Delhivery and the last-mile leadership team for dispatches of agents and escalations.
• Ensure basic hygiene updates of vendors regarding the App and Partner Management tool compliance.
• Manage data integrity of respective states assigned, including agent count and promised capacity for dispatch.
• Keep the cost of delivery low/optimized by negotiating with vendors effectively or implementing dynamic costs for last-mile delivery.
• Conduct field activities like pamphlet distribution to generate leads
• Help newly joined stores to escalate and resolve their challenges for better retention.
• Manage the added stores with proper service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must:

○ Interest in field sales, FMCG Sales, Account Management, Mobile network sales, field operations, business development, or offline marketing.

○ Fluency in Local language and English.

○ Willingness and ability to continuously do field work

○ Ability to operate smartphone

○ Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication would be an added advantage

○ On the job training will be provided by the company.
