Job Title: Pipefitter Supervisor (MEP)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipefitter Supervisor with expertise in MEP systems to lead and manage pipefitting teams on commercial or industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing needs, while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of pipefitting teams, ensuring work is completed on time and to specification.

Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems for MEP projects.

Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide on-site training and mentorship to junior pipefitters.

Maintain inventory and order materials as necessary for the project.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a pipefitter with supervisory or leadership roles in MEP systems.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Familiarity with industry codes and safety standards.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Certification or training in pipefitting, plumbing, or a related field is preferred.
