Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase our online presence, enhance our brand, and drive engagement. The role also includes managing content creation, such as blogs and reels, and incorporating SEO best practices to optimize our content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy:
- Create, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Content Creation and Management:
- Produce, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, reels, and blogs.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure consistent and appealing visuals and messaging.
- Monitor and respond to social media activity and engage with the audience in a timely and professional manner.
SEO Integration:
- Incorporate SEO best practices into all social media content to improve visibility and organic reach.
- Work closely with the SEO team to align social media content with overall SEO strategy.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach.
- Use insights to refine and improve strategies and tactics.
- Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes.
Community Engagement:
- Build and manage the company s online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering positive interactions.
- Identify and engage with influencers and key industry figures to expand the brand s reach.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure social media strategies align with business goals.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer inquiries or issues raised through social media.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 2-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in creating and managing reels, blogs, and other forms of content.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media management tools
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
