What You ll Do:
At DeepIntent, design is all about crafting intuitive, impactful experiences that make life easier for healthcare marketers. Our team takes a user-first approach , turning complex workflows into simple, seamless interfaces that help campaign managers achieve their goals. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We work closely with product managers and engineers to create solutions that aren t just functional but also visually engaging.
A Day in The Life of a Designer at DeepIntent:
At DeepIntent, our design process starts with a conversation with the Product Owner to understand the problem and what we re aiming to achieve. From there, we dive into ideation , brainstorming ideas and sketching out low-fidelity wireframes to bring those ideas to life.
Once we have something tangible, we set up calls with the Product Owner to gather feedback, ask questions, and get a deeper understanding of the requirements. These conversations are key to refining our designs and making sure we re on the right track.
After several iterations, when the design feels just right, we share the final design along with clear documentation . This ensures that everyone, from stakeholders to developers, is on the same page. It s a collaborative process that combines creativity, feedback, and precision to deliver designs that truly make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, usability tests, and leverage insights to design intuitive and accessible experiences.
- B2B Product Design: Design user interfaces and experiences tailored for B2B applications, focusing on scalability, accessibility, and user engagement.
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex design challenges and deliver solutions that align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Prototyping & Testing: Create rapid prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Data Visualization: Create clear and engaging data visualizations to simplify complex information for business users.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on design goals and ensure seamless implementation.
- Accessibility Standards: Design experiences that adhere to WCAG or other accessibility guidelines.
- Agile Workflow: Collaborate effectively in an Agile environment, contributing to iterative design and development processes.
- Design Systems: Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable design systems to ensure consistency and reusability across digital products.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 3+ years in UX/UI design with portfolio showcasing expertise in B2B or product-based design.
- Design Systems: Proven experience in creating and managing comprehensive design systems.
- UI & Visual Design: Strong skills in designing clean, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma and other design tools for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Design Thinking: Expertise in user-centered design processes and problem-solving methodologies.
- Data Visualization: Ability to design intuitive visual representations of complex datasets.
- HTML/CSS Knowledge (Plus): Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for effective collaboration with developers.
- Nice to Have:
- A degree or certification in design, HCI, or related fields.
- Experience in AdTech, Fintech, Healthcare, or Enterprise Applications.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and iterative processes.
