Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
  
• Oversee endo department, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective profit centre operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall organizational goals.
• Coordinate with various consultants for business.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of Endodontics and Operations Management principles.
  
• 3-8 years of experience in dental clinic management or related field.
  
• MDS degree from a recognized institution (Dentistry).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction
