Cfd Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative CFD Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should have design experience in thermal system, heating and ventilation for high altitude structure which includes solar radiation simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations.
• Perform the Fluid Dynamics simulations and optimization analysis.
• Strong fundamental knowledge on heat transfer and thermal engineering.
• Knowledge on cooling methods, flows, hand calculation, analyzing simulation results.
• Prepare the plan for simulation activities and align the simulation strategy with the requester to meet delivery timelines and attention to details.
• Define the mesh attributes and assign the required boundary conditions.
• Validation of simulation results by comparing with test results.
• Validate mechanical design and propose solutions to improve design modifications.
• Follow best practice and standards, establish and capitalize new standards when applicable.

Skills & Experience:

• M. Tech in Thermal/CFD Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Meshing and CFD Simulation, with a proven track record in designing mechanical systems and components.
• Proficiency in Ansys Fluent, UDF writing and C programming language.
• Strong understanding of solar radiation and thermal simulation is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Office-based, with potential for occasional fieldwork or travel to manufacturing facilities.
