Job Description
- Provide input for WASH ( Water Sanitation and hygiene ) project implementation particularly on toilet and bathroom constructions, monitoring and its quality supervision.
- Provide input for preparing plan for water restoration projects particularly pond restoration and of other water harvesting structures.
- Getting approval from Gram panchayat or Block and district level government officials for implementation of project activities.
- Preparing monthly work plans in coordination with the project staff and project head.
- Preparing all monthly activities reports during field and sharing with the project head (report preparation, feedback analysis, etc.)
- Supervising project staff for timely completion of project activities and guiding project staff for public awareness session of IEC and BCC session as per timeline like logistic arrangement, session material, stationary, equipment, display material, audio-visual aids format and all documents to be used during the session
- Continuous coordination with government and non-government sectors of the work area.
- Continuous monitoring of constructed units such as toilets, bathrooms made available to beneficiaries.
- Active participation in the work assigned as per the requirement of the organization
