JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: AGM Mechanical Function: Mechanical

Location: Srikakulam Unit Sector: Manufacturing

Purpose of the Job: Ensure smooth functioning of Mechanical Department working contributing to

Overview/ Responsibilities: As a AGM - Mechanical, you will be expected to:

Key Accountabilities for the position

Major Tasks for the position

Key Accountabilities. Responsible for the day-to-day Mechanical engineering

improvements and maintenance pertaining to the

department while directing the activity of Mechanical

maintenance personnel for the safe, efficient operation

Ensuring Zero breakdown of Equpment.

To comply with the PM schedules and to ensure that the

PM compliance is reflected in PM Module of SAP HANA /

or any other ERP

The Section Head will coordinate the planning of routine maintenance and in spare parts and will be on call 24 hours basis in case of exigencies.

Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs

Evaluate all data to determine maintenance schedules to

optimise Plant availability.

Statutory - Complying all kind of legal & statutory requirements related Fire Dept Involvement in TPM Activities.

Educational Qualifications Total years of experience

15+ yrs of experience in Mechanical Similar trade Industry Operation.

Desirable knowledge in SAP / PM Module.

Technical /Functional Expertise:

Good interpersonal skills Manpower handling skills Team leadership. Interpersonal skills Negotiation Skills

Thorough knowledge of Mechanical operation similar in chemical process plants

Knowledge of environment, safety and occupational health hazards related to plants operations.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skill.
