Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to oversee the daily operations of our HVAC systems at our facility in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, and associated HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance and a keen ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• • Monitor and maintain water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, and water supply systems to ensure efficient operation.
• • Regularly check and adjust the settings of AHUs (Air Handling Units) to maintain desired temperature levels across the facility.
• • Perform daily inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure all HVAC equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
• • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, and perform repairs as necessary.
• • Coordinate with external agencies for periodic servicing and complex maintenance issues.
• • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and servicing.
• • Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards and regulations.
• • Respond promptly to HVAC emergencies or breakdowns.
• • Keep abreast of advances in HVAC technology and techniques to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• • Diploma or certification in HVAC technology or related field.
• • Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, including hands-on experience with chillers and cooling towers.
• • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, and AHUs.
• • Ability to read and interpret system blueprints and technical manuals.
• • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Available to handle emergency situations outside of standard working hours, if necessary.
