We are seeking a passionate and creative Podcast Intern to join our team at Deebaco

As a Podcast Intern, you will have the opportunity to assist in producing and editing podcast episodes, conducting research, and contributing to podcast marketing strategies

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the growing field of podcasting.

Qualifications And Skills

Passionate about podcasts and familiar with the podcasting industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).

Basic knowledge of podcast production techniques.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Tech-savvy and quick learner.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

Creativity and willingness to think outside the box.

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist in producing and editing podcast episodes, including recording, mixing, and mastering audio.

Conduct research on various topics related to the podcast episodes.

Assist in developing podcast episode ideas and scripts.

Contribute to podcast marketing strategies, including social media promotion and audience engagement.

Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and execute creative podcast concepts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the podcast.

Assist in organizing and maintaining podcast assets, including episode files, show notes, and guest information.

Provide administrative support for podcast-related tasks, such as scheduling interviews and managing podcast calendar.

Assist in monitoring and analyzing podcast performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the podcast by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas.
