Order Management:

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
  Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize order fulfillment.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to customers on product/service usage and best practices.
  Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Brand Representation:

• Represent the company professionally and uphold brand image and values.
  Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Reporting:

• Submit regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer interactions.
  Collaborate with the sales team to track and analyze performance metrics.
