Project management and individual contribution:
- Effectively manage systematic literature review projects ensuring both quality and timeliness of delivery
- Ensure that the project team engaged in the conduct of systematic reviews is technically supported
- Develop deliverables including systematic review reports and slide decks independently
- Conduct statistical analysis such as network meta-analysis for evidence synthesis
- Lead by example on aspects of client presentation and project delivery
Client management
- Act as a key client contact for project discussions
- Manage new and existing client relationships effectively, instilling confidence in the client team with abilities and expertise within the field
Training and development
- Train and develop team members on various steps of systematic reviews such as search strategy development, data collection and extractions, deliverable development
Business development and internal initiatives
- Support business leaders in development of proposals and generating repeat business based on successful/positive client relationships
- Work with leadership on any business unit related initiatives such as process improvement or innovation initiatives
Thought leadership
- Develop publications related to HEOR independently or in collaboration with clients
What you'll Bring
- Masters or PhD in Life Sciences/MPH or MBBS/MD with 5+ years of experience in HEOR
- Ability to conduct/interpret statistical analysis related to HEOR
- Report writing/medical writing experience
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
- Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, leading and managing teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers
- Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
- Analytic problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook
