AS400 Techno-Functional Consultant

Working Settings : 3 days at office & 2 days at home

Your mission:

To be someone who wants to step in for something new in the warehouse management solution world.

To be open to co-design solutions(AS400 etc) by challenging the current limitation in process,capability and also keeping an evolution in mind.

Coordinating internal resources and our French counterparts / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Closely work with the counterparts to understand the developed solutions and execute the integration test to validate the solutions

To be on floor with our users to understand the business strategy and start working on the IT solutions to enable more business

To prepare the test planning and co-ordinate with the business team to execute and validate the expected solution vs realized

To train the business super users and help them understand the IT solutions and the system better

To prepare our IT solutions and process future ready with our Global & Market standards

To be a part of transformation/innovation project which brings more efficiency and the productivity to the our supply chain

Create and maintain the comprehensive technical/functional documentation

Technology and process oriented on supply chain related topics

IT environment & Technology : Supply chain management - AS400,Twist, Shipper box and program interface

Your Profile:

You share passion towards sports & tech.

You graduated from an engineering school or equivalent

You like to challenge yourself and also the traditional solutions to bring something new.

You like challenges in technology & you enjoy developing new solutions in your domain

You have a strong affinity with ownership & accountability also you demonstrate good sense of organization

You like to work in a team & express initiatives.

You have a capacity of anticipation and innovation

Ideally, you have a successful experience in the field of warehouse management solution

Must Have :

At least 3-5 years of experience in AS400 as a WMS solution
At least 3 years experience in end to end implementations, Rollout / support experience and warehouse automation.
Strong customizing experience / Configuration experience
Knowledge of cross integration - API & other interconnection methods
Strong knowledge on SQL database query
Ability to write technical documentation from Business requirements
Knowledge on programming language like Report Program Generator and SQL
Worked on setting up warehouse structure and expertise in all the processes Inbound,Outbound, Internal Cross docking etc.
Functional consulting experience to enable strong decision making
Provide users with expert guidance on the features and usage of the process and tool
Analyze user configuration,unit test, Integration testing
Having an strong understanding on automation and mechanization projects like conveyor , Auto guided vehicles
Assist the users with user acceptance testing and the On floor go live Support
Technical skills to write codes, Debug, Find the root cause of issue and provide the permanent solutions.
Having knowledge on ticketing and defect management tools
Knowledge on integration technologies like JSON, MFS, RFC, MFS to communicate with other ERP & transactional systems.
Additional SAP ERP system knowledge will be an add-on-skill
Strong perception towards the project management skills
