Industrialization & Development Production Leader - Footwear

Responsibilities:

• As Production Leader, I guarantee the availability of products at the best ratio Quality/Leadtime/Price/Environmental.
• I support my team and its industrial partners in their project towards industrialization and development.
• I co-operate with industrial partners to offer good service package for sports signed.
• I manage industrialization inside my perimeter to ensure the quality, lead time and efficiency of the mass production, as well as the long-term competitiveness and attractiveness.
• I collaborate with sports signed in product development.
• I co-ordinate the development and duplication plan for your component process scope.
• To set up technical files of materials and make sure to guarantee the best quality.
• I optimize development cost and negotiate fair price of the products seasonally.
• You ensure the industrialization of your materials from sample to mass production.
• You ensure the first production batch to satisfy the technical requirements.
• You manage the continuous improvement of quality performance in suppliers.
• You coach and improve quality system in suppliers.
• You ensure your suppliers be autonomous and improve their performance continuously (Quality, Environment, social compliance, Chemical risk management).
• You anticipate the quality risk of your activities and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• You actively coach and react quality problem solving in T1 and T2 in order to guarantee on-time shipment.
• You lead and challenge upper supplier panels and implement sourcing depending on the customers needs (new process, new technologies, new trend etc).

• You must have minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in footwear material development & quality control, and experience in footwear finished goods is a big advantage.
• You are ready to make decisions and responsible for your decisions.
• You have leadership and supplier management skills.
• You are a motivational communicator and a good negotiator.
• To lead the product development in the local production team.
• Lead the industrial partners towards technical excellence.
• Master industrial price while ensuring good quality and lead time.
• To Improve systematically the value chain of the process.
• One must have mastered in development in Shoes.
• One must have mastered technical requirements of Shoes.
• To ensure RTD/RTI Shoes conformity.
• To master process cost of shoes.
• Should validate the shoe samples.
• Should have mastered shoe duplication.
• Should have mastered shoe homologation.
• One must have mastered industrialization in shoes.
• To organize and optimize the production line.
• You have experience in project management.
• Youre good at communication in English and must be proficient with Excel and Power BI Tools.
• You are passionate about sports.
