Responsibilities :
Strategy
Project and Performance Management
- Maximisation of PPVs
- Reduction of site bounce
- Increase customer engagement across platforms
People
- Teammate Skills and Career Development
Stakeholder Management / Collaborations
- Proactive business planning and owning the category online business case from traffic perspective at a category and channel level
- Collaborate with Marketing Team, Program Teams & Digital Category Manager to plan and implement effective online marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and SEM detailing.
- Work with Program and Product teams to develop best in class features to provide great onsite experience for customers across channels
Qualifications :
- Master's degree is preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in category management, sales side management preferably in the ecommerce sector
- Proficient analytical skills, with a strong ability in data analysis and market research
- Good collaboration skills
- Knowledge of analytical tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etc
- Knowledge of visualization tools like PowerBI & Tableau
