Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Senior - FP&A to join our finance team. In this role, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong ability to provide insights that drive business performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the preparation and management of the companys annual budget, ensuring alignment with business goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather budget inputs and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Forecasting: Develop and manage rolling forecasts to predict future performance, and provide insights on potential risks and opportunities.
• Financial Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of financial data, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of performance. Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership to improve financial outcomes.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design and deliver high-quality financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key metrics and business performance. Present findings clearly and concisely.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and leadership teams to understand business needs, provide data-driven insights, and support decision-making processes.
• Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of various business strategies or market changes on the company’s financials.
• Cost Optimization: Monitor and evaluate cost structures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline FP&A processes, enhance financial modeling, and improve overall accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 8–10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a corporate finance or FP&A role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior management and non-financial stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to business challenges.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth industry (e.g., technology, e-commerce, or consumer goods).
• Knowledge of financial systems and automation tools to streamline reporting processes.
