Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions across digital and print media. You will be expected to manage multiple design projects, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help elevate the visual identity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics for a variety of media including websites, social media, print materials, and advertising.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure design concepts align with strategic objectives and brand messaging.
• Create and maintain design templates, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Develop creative concepts and execute designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easily understandable designs.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project specifications.
• Maintain consistency in design elements across all brand assets.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into revisions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across print and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Experience designing for both print and digital media.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and design consistency.
• Solid understanding of branding and visual identity development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience with HTML/CSS or front-end design (a plus).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
