Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Branding: Develop high-quality visual content for various branding and marketing materials, including brochures, posters, social media assets, presentations, and website graphics.
• Conceptualization: Collaborate with the branding team to conceptualize and execute creative design solutions that align with the companys brand identity.
• Editing & Refining: Edit and refine visual assets to meet brand guidelines and deliver polished, professional materials.
• Multimedia Design: Assist in video editing and animation for digital content (optional).
• Print & Digital Collateral: Prepare designs for both print and digital platforms, ensuring designs are adaptable across various media.
• Typography: Use typography skills to enhance designs and maintain consistent brand voice across all content.
• Communication: Liaise with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure design concepts meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Quality Control: Ensure designs are free from errors, meet project requirements, and are delivered on time.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding, preferably in the Healthcare/Pharma sector.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW X21, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Video Editing Skills (optional, but preferred) for creating engaging multimedia content.
• Typing proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, ensuring the ability to create and edit content in multiple languages.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
• Ability to adapt and create designs that meet diverse business needs, from digital to print.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
