Role & responsibilities

Co-Lending
1. Strategic Reporting System and Oversight
o Develop and Maintain Reporting Systems: Oversee the development and
maintenance of reporting and application systems, ensuring alignment with
management information needs.
o Daily Operational Coordination: Manage daily operational coordination
with lenders, ensuring seamless interactions and processes.
o Customer Feedback and Resolution: Address and resolve customer
complaints promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

2. Performance Monitoring and Analysis
o Daily Tracking of Key Metrics: Monitor login, sanction, and disbursal
penetration daily to ensure targets are met.
o Case Flow Management: Track and prequalify cases, ensuring smooth flow
through the pipeline and identifying any potential bottlenecks.

3. Training and Development
o Weekly Product Training: Organize and conduct product training and
educational series for branches to ensure they are well-versed in co-lending
products and processes.

4. Operational Efficiency and Improvement
o Branch and Market Visits: Conduct regular branch and market visits to
gather on-ground feedback, identify gaps, and implement solutions.
o Inter-departmental Coordination: Facilitate daily coordination with the
head office and other departments to ensure alignment and efficient
operations.
o Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on co-lending performance and
strategies for management, offering insights and recommendations.
