Conduct research on potential investors and financing sources, assessing their alignment with the company s growth objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of capital-raising activities.

Reporting Documentation:

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing key insights and actionable recommendations.
Compile and review due diligence materials, performance metrics, and financial statements to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
Prepare regular reports for lenders and investors, including financial performance, loan portfolio updates, risk assessments, and compliance with covenants or agreements.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to meet the requirements of lenders, investors, and other financial partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, product, and business development) to support the design and enhancement of innovative housing finance solutions.
Provide analytical support to ensure data-driven product decisions and strategies.

Analyze customer data to identify patterns, preferences, and behaviors that can inform product and business strategies.
Provide actionable insights from data to help shape customer experience improvements and loan product innovation.

Leverage analytical tools and fintech platforms to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Assist in optimizing automation and tech-driven approaches for financial processes and risk assessments.

Keep abreast of relevant regulatory changes in the housing finance market and assess their impact on company operations and product offerings.
Ensure that the company s financial analysis and product offerings comply with all relevant regulations.

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present clear insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience or interest in technology-driven financial services or housing finance is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with a high level of attention to detail.
Knowledge or experience in capital raising activities, including debt and equity financing, is a plus.
Experience in preparing reports for lenders and investors is highly desirable.
