Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the asset managers, servicers, and other internal teams to support asset management-related processes. You will be expected to compile and present asset management reports to senior executives and asset managers. You will also have to work on monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of the portfolio and assist in valuations, monthly reviews of business plans, and deviation analysis. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing knowledge of servicer feeds and internal tools to aid in the analysis and performance of portfolios.

Basic qualifications:

A finance degree (MBA) or an equivalent qualification, along with 2 to 10 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of financial concepts and be able to perform financial analysis, including ROI, IRR, and discounted cash flow modelling
Self-motivation, possess keen analytical skills, and have the ability to effectively interact with trading desk/stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
The ability to lead projects autonomously with limited direction and guidance
