Job Description
- The candidate should have a Bachelor s/Master s degree in in Computer Science & Engineering or other technical disciplines, and 5+ years of work experience in the Windows domain is a must
- The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Windows fundamentals and extensive experience with one or more of the following technologies Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, Hyper-V, VMware, Failover Clustering, Exchange, SQL Server, etc.
- Candidate should have good proficiency in PowerShell and experience with modern configuration management and development tools (e.g. git, continuous integration systems) is required. Experience with .NET development and/or Python is also a plus
- Candidate should have experience in Handling L2/L3 escalations from Helpdesk/NOC and proactively identifying and fixing issues in production environment
- Candidates should have previous experience with the design and end-to-end implementation of performant, reliable and secure systems, and troubleshooting capabilities and experience with diagnostic/tracing tools. We work in a highly collaborative environment and experience on Linux or Storage systems would be desirable
- The ideal candidate should also have willingness to learn and be a self-starter. Prior experience of technical leadership or managing small teams would be good to have
