Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

1. Customer Onboarding and Relationship Management

  • Make cold calls.
  • Updating the personal and account details of the new and existing customers.
  • Constantly stay in touch with the existing customers for lead generation via phone or email

2. Order Processing and Sales

  • Make daily call reports on the number of orders received customers approached
  • Liaison with multiple internal teams to gather facts on punching customer orders, order details, dispatches, production status etc to offer quick resolution to the customer

3. Claims Handling and Payment

  • Responsible for calling customers and follow up with them on pending payment.
  • To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket.
  • Should be able to convince the clients for payment of their outstanding claims.
  • Handle refund requests/claims complaint from the customers effectively
  • Liaison with Accounts Team to work on refunds/pending dues on a weekly basis

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should be willing to take/make calls.
  • Experience as customer care specialist
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong fluency in English.
  • Good computer and IT Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel Mandatory) suite. Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work queue.

Work Timings: 10.00 AM 7.00 PM. Workdays - Mon to Saturdays working
